We are pleased to inform that EMAG and two other research institutes have started the implementation of the KSO3C cyber security project.
The result of the project will be development of an organizational structure and uniform methods for evaluation and certification the security of ICT products and services (certification scheme). Thanks to the accession to international agreements and the fulfillment of very strict qualification conditions, the Polish scheme for evaluation and certification will issue globally recognized cyber security certifications.
The KSO3C project is particularly important in the context of European regulations in the field of cyber security, in particular the Regulation on the European Cybersecurity Certification Framework (Cybersecurity Act).
The KSO3C project is implemented as a part of the national CyberSecIdent program run by the National Centre for Research and Development. The mail goal of CyberSecIdent is to increase the security level of Polish cyberspace by increasing the availability of hardware and programming tools. So far, 10 cybersecurity projects have been launched under this program.
